PLANTAR FASCIITIS
Plantar fasciitis is the irritation of the tissue supporting the arch of the foot. The pain is from inflammation in the fascia (a thick fibrous material) that covers the bottom (plantar) of the foot, this may also cause heel pain.
ACHILLES TENDONITIS
Achilles tendonitis is inflammation of the Achilles tendon where it attaches to the back of the heel. It is often caused by overuse of the muscle especially when the muscle is excessively tight.
